Job Desription
Bi-Lingual In-Home Assistant Services, a state certified home care provider, is seeking an experienced HR Representative.
Daily responsibilities include:
- HR Reporting, Documentation, & Processing
- Runs various reports for current and new hires (i.e. FCSR, EDL, OIG)
- Process incoming new hires/applications (i.e. deliver packet, verify signatures)
- Create and maintain documentation of reports
- Scheduling
- Ensure accuracy of scheduling for caregivers and clients
- Identify any errors and report
- Data Entry
- Update client and employee data into systems
- Run periodic reports of productivity
- Administrative Support
- Answers telephone, directs calls to appropriate staff, takes messages, and delivers to appropriate person
- Prepares outgoing mail; process and direct incoming mail
- Scan and upload documents
- File and retain documents (maintain federal & state compliance)
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of principles and practices of human resources
- Strong knowledge of ACA, HIPAA and other related federal and state guidelines
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
- Quick learner and possesses tech savvy
- Previous positive experience of effective work in diverse environment: patience and understanding when talking to Limited English Speakers
- Exceptional attention to detail: high degree of accuracy and sense of urgency
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills: able to organize, prioritize in a fast – paced environment
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to follow direction
- Ability to multitask and to coordinate others’ activities
- B.A. in Human Resources and 3 + years in the HR Field and/or office management preferred
